Shabbat is our special gift from G-d. We receive this gift every week.
Shabbat is an opportunity to enjoy, savor, and celebrate a day set apoart for us by G-d.
Rabbi Wolkoff and Cantor Rockman hope you will feel moved and will join us regfularly as we share our passion for G-d, Judaism, and ourt love of the Jewish people.
|
We learn from Perkey Avot, the Ethics of Our Ancestors, "The world depends on three things: Torah, worship, acts of loving kindness."
The Friday Night plugged-in service was created to encourage and inspire all of us to reach these ideas in our lives.

Here are the rules for this special service:
|
-
The Cantor sings, The Rabbi sings, You sing. Everyone sings! It's a lot more spirited and fun this way.
-
If you feel like clapping, That's OK, better yet, get everyone in your row to clap with you.
-
If you like standing up, that's OK, you can even do it without the rabbi telling you to... just get up, clap and sing.
-
Dancing is absolutely encouraged!
-
This is not a "performance", let's all sing together, the louder the better.
