Recruiting people to read Torah is not always an easy task. Sometimes people are just nervous and other times they do not have the motivation. |

Well, not having motivation is no longer a valid excuse because of "The Torah Readers Tzedakah Connection Project". This project involves sponsors promising to donate a fixed amount to one of the synagogue funds for each time the reader they sponsored chants from the Torah (up to 12 times per year).
