As the cost of individual mailings has steadily increased, a policy was instituted that all synagogue event flyers are to be combined with other official mailings, such as the Calender with Hakol in mid August. |

If you plan to have order forms or inserts mailed with the HAKOL, you must notify the
HAKOL editors (not the synagogue office), and submit the material by the 15th of the preceding month. We discourage the inclusion of loose flyers, except for order forms and sign-up sheets that need to be filled out and sent in. Flyers must be submitted in black & white. Colored portions may appear black when processed by the office copier. If the flyer is also designed to be placed in the display box outside the office, please position the main message on the top 3 inches of the document., as the rest of the page is not visible in the document holder. |
