The committee was formed in 1994 to aid the rabbi's transition into the Congregation and
to create a regular venue to discuss ongoing and timely issues. It has since expanded to
include all the clergy and continues to be governed by the following premises:

  • Congregants, the Board of Directors, and the Clergy, working together, will make our Jewish community flourish.

  • All congregants, Board members, and the Clergy are interested in and respect each other's goals and objectives.

  • The Clergy are best able to determine how they will address congregational goals and objectives.

  • The Clergy is best able to determine how they will use the information the Committee provides to them.
