Curiosity Club
Join the club and learn all about our world. Our budding
scientists will explore topics such as our solar system, the
human body, magnetism, colors, plants and more.
Experiments, songs, games, and crafts are all part of the
excitement.
Imagination Station
Connect with our crew as we create our own beautiful masterpieces.
We incorporate a variety of art media and techniques, including painting, clay,
weaving, recyclables and nature. All of these are combined
with the most important tool for creating amazing art -- an active imagination.
Passport to Adventure
It's a small world traveling across the USA and other countries.
With passports in hand and suitcases packed,
our little travelers learn about places, people, and cultures.
The adventure will be completed with crafts, cooking, and songs.
Gan Aleph Bet
Learn the Aleph Bet (alphabet) and counting in Hebrew too!
An in-depth immersion in Jewish values, holidays, traditions, customs, and celebrations.
Through stories, songs, crafts, and games, your child will learn their Jewish roots.
The quality of your family's Jewish life will be enhanced as you share what they learn in class.
Story Network
Story Network is a fun and esciting children's literature program.
Many hands-on activities, including art, cooking, and creative story time extenders will spark
young imaginations and expose pre-schoolers to the jous of early literacy.
Songs, poetry, and dramatization add to the excitement.
Gymnastics
Fun 4 Fitness will lead the children in gymnastic activities wich include tumbling,
cartwheels, headstands, hand stands, balance coordination and games to
build self-esteem, coordination and large motor development.

Carol Winter has a B.A. in Education from Queens College. She joined the JCC teaching staff in 1985 and taught in the Religious School at Congregation B'nai Tikvah for many years as well. She is passionate about sharing her love of Judaism with her students of all ages. Carol currently enjoys being the Assistant Director as well as counselor for the Mighty Ducks at the JCC Summer Day Camp. During the school year, she also supervises the Aftercare Program at Solomon Schechter. She resides in East Brunswick with her husband Mark and has been a member of EBJC since 1984. Carol has two children, Lauren and Justin, and two grandchildren, Ryan and Dani.

Ina Horn
joined the teaching staff of the JCC of North and South Brunswick Nursery School in 1992. Currently, she holds the position of Head Teacher, and teaches the Pre-Kindergarten class, as well as Imagination Station and Story Network Enrichment classes.
Ina has been a member of Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple in New Brunswick since 1984. She currently serves on Anshe Emeth's Board of Trustees and is a Life Member of National Council of Jewish Women.
Ina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Kean University. She resides in North Brunswick with her husband, Gerry. Together, they have four children, Dana, Josh, Justin, and Merin.

Devorah Lockspeiser received her B.A. from Queens College, majoring in Sociology and Dance. She completed a dual Masters in Early Childhood and Special Education at Touro College. Devorah has worked in a classroom setting with children of all ages, in secular as well as Jewish studies and taught dance to children ages 3 to 13. Devorah always attempts to make learning fun and keep all the students engaged and interested. She believes in having a positive atmosphere in the classroom that will ensure all of the children reaching their educational goals. |

Miss Kim Legrande studied dance at the Broadway Dance Review in New York and the Princeton Ballet.
She is a certified dance instructor and certified gymnast.
She has been teaching dance and gymnastics for over 25 years in a dance studio in Old Bridge, New Jersey. In addition, Kim Legrande was a preschool teacher for 5 years at Startrite in Piscataway, New Jersey. Miss Kim develops the preschool dance and gymnastics curriculum for all of her classes.

Jennifer Pollack has previously worked as an assistant at East Brunswick Jewish Center for the past three years with two, three, and four year olds. In addition, she has worked with kindergarten and first graders in after care at the Greater New Brunswick Charter School in New Brunswick. Mrs. "P" resides in East Brunswick where she has raised her four children, all affiliated with Temple B'nai Shalom in East Brunswick.
